Clinical Nurse Manager- Inpatient Rehab

Job Summary: The Clinical Manager is responsible for assessing, planning, evaluating, and coordinating patient care as well as the clinical care delivery process as directed by the (Nursing Service)Director or Service Coordinator. The Clinical Manager serves as a role model and resource to staff. The Clinical Manager has twenty-four hour accountability for the assigned department operations.

 The Rehabilitation Hospital is a 20 bed comprehensive medical rehabilitation unit. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, quality, interdisciplinary rehabilitative care, including 24 hour comprehensive nursing. Rehab Nursing provides patient and family education, comprehensive rehabilitative nursing care, and reinforces skills learned in therapy to help patients return to their maximum level of independence.

Minimum Requirements: 

• BSN or MSN required. 
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina and be CRRN certified. 
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience with one year of experience being related to the patient population and/or specialty of the unit. 
• Evidenced expertise in clinical judgement and leadership ability. 
• Current AHA BLS certification required.
