Job Summary: The Nurse Practitioner is authorized to perform specific routine duties on a regular, repetitive basis. These duties may be performed without specific prior discussion with the supervising physician. The supervising physician or his/her alternate will be on site for review of findings and plan of treatment

Minimum Requirements: 

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program
• Three years of professional nursing experience 4. Current licensure in the state of North Carolina
