Onboarding Specialist, Human Resources
Job Summary: The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for introducing employees to the organization’s systems, mission/vision/values, and culture. This role designs, plans, organizes and conducts organizational orientation and owns the new hire onboarding processes to ensure the smooth integration to CarolinaEast Health System.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with HR Information Technology required.
- Experience with training and development and/or adult education strongly preferred.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
- If Bachelors degree (preferred) – Two (2) years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- If Associates degree - Two (2) years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- If a High School diploma or GED: Six (6) years of relevant experience in HR related role.
