Job Summary: This employee files, locates, logs, retrieves, scans, processes, and delivers medical records as assigned.

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years' experience in the operation of a computer, preferable in a health care setting. Knowledge of Misys, EMR, and Misys Tiger preferred.
