Job Summary: To provide direct supervision of the physician practices coding staff to include monitoring staff performance and the timely and accurate completion of coding processes in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements: Associate’s degree in related field. RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P or CPC certification or eligible. Two or more years of experience in a related field. Supervisory experience preferred.
