Credentialing Analyst - Medical Staff Services
Job Summary: Works under the supervision of the Medical Staff Coordinator. Coordinates provisional staff monitoring from the conducting of new physician audits through notification to physician of Governing Body action at the end of the provisional period. Maintains up to date credentialing files with copies of current Medical Staff/ AHP licensure, certifications, registrations and insurance, organized and appropriately accessible in a confidential manner.

Minimum Requirements:
- Two years Medical Staff office experience or three years experience in an administrative secretarial capacity in a hospital or healthcare facility. High School graduate or equivalent.
- Associate Degree preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology. Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint Priv-plus or comparable credentialing software.
- Must type at least 60 w.p.m.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
