Director of Revenue Cycle Optimization & Analytics

Job Summary: The Director of Revenue Cycle Optimization & Analytics is responsible for driving end-to-end revenue cycle transformation through data-driven insights, operational redesign, and innovative solutions. This role integrates advanced analytics, continuous process improvement, and emerging technologies to improve financial performance, operational efficiency, compliance, and patient experience across the entire revenue cycle.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MS Analytics) preferred
• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, systems, analytics, or consulting.
• Demonstrated leadership in revenue cycle analytics, process improvement, and operational transformation.
• Proven ability to drive measurable financial and operational outcomes
• Epic certifications in Revenue Cycle modules.
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement, payer rules, and end-to-end revenue cycle workflows
• Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
