Job Summary: The Emergency Department Navigator works to improve the ED patient flow and outcome by navigating the patient through the ED, utilizing appropriate resources.

Minimum Requirements: Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or Bachelor's degree in Human Services/Social Services field with three to five years of relevant hospital social service work experience. If nursing degree, must have current North Carolina License. Three to five years' experience in acute health care setting preferred.
