Job Summary: The Radiology Services Coordinator functions in a multidisciplinary capacity. The Radiology Services Coordinator will serve as a clinical support resource across all modalities to effect procedural scheduling, compliance adherence, continuity of care, validation of orders, and point of contact for radiology invasive procedures coordination across the health system.

Minimum Requirements: High school graduate, college degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ hospital and/or patient scheduling experience, including a minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience or related experience. Must have knowledge of governmental and managed care prior approval, medical necessity, and reimbursement rules and regulations. Must have an exceptional clinical understanding of radiology procedures and workflow.
