Therapy Clinic Manager- CEP Orthopedic Rehab
Job Summary: The Therapy Clinic Manager is responsible for the overall management and supervision of clinic operations, including front office and therapy staff, within an outpatient therapy setting. They work closely with the rehabilitation leadership team to achieve departmentally aligned goals and ensure efficient, high-quality patient care delivery. The Therapy Clinic Manager provides leadership, operational oversight, and clinical services, maintaining a minimum of a 50% clinical caseload. They ensure the implementation of therapy programs, promote staff development, and serve as a role model and resource. All duties and responsibilities are carried out with empathy and compassion toward patients, families, and co workers.

Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, or Doctorate, as applicable)
- Licensed in the State of North Carolina in the appropriate discipline
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience in a therapy setting
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served in the clinic. The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age, specific needs, and to provide the care needed.
